More About Anna

    • Deep Empathy and Attunement: I have a strong ability to truly listen and tune into what clients are experiencing, even beneath the surface. This helps create a safe and validating space where people feel seen, heard, and understood.
    • Collaborative Approach: I view therapy as a partnership. I work with clients to co-create goals and strategies that fit their unique needs and life circumstances, empowering them to take an active role in their own growth.
    • Strong Communication and Emotional Clarity: I help people identify, articulate, and process their feelings in ways that lead to deeper understanding—whether it’s within themselves or with a partner. By fostering clarity and encouraging honest, compassionate dialogue, I guide both individuals and couples toward insight, connection, and more intentional choices.
  • Over 7 years.

  • The most fulfilling part of my work is witnessing the moments when clients gain clarity about themselves, their patterns, or their emotions—those moments where something that once felt overwhelming becomes manageable or understandable. There’s a unique satisfaction in seeing individuals and couples recognise their own resilience, discover new ways to cope, or take steps toward the life they want. This is very meaningful to me because it’s not just about helping people navigate challenges—it’s about supporting them in finding their own strength and sense of possibility.

  • One example that stands out is working with a couple who were struggling with recurring conflicts and communication breakdowns. They came in feeling frustrated, disconnected, and unsure if their relationship could improve. Through our work, we focused on building understanding, identifying patterns, and creating practical strategies for healthy communication. Over time, they were able to express their needs more openly, listen to each other without defensiveness, and reconnect emotionally. Seeing them move from frustration and distance to feeling heard, supported, and more connected was incredibly rewarding.
