    About Therapist

Andy is a passionate, friendly and experienced Melbourne-based counsellor, specialising in helping clients to manage transition and adjustment issues. Life is constantly bringing up new challenges to face, whether that’s within a relationship, family or workplace. Through a range of integrated strategies she can help you to build the confidence and skills to make meaningful changes in your life.

She understands that every person is different and therefore tailors each session to a person’s individual needs. She’ll use a range of techniques and approaches including solution-focused therapy, acceptance and person-centred therapy, and the more traditional cognitive behavioural therapy.

Not only is Andy highly-qualified in marriage counselling, general counselling and family life counselling, but she also draws on her life experience to offer a holistic approach. Using her experiences running a business for many years, as well as the challenges of bringing up three now adult children, she’s well-equipped to understand the stresses of family and work life. She works hard to create a comfortable, trusting and relaxed setting in which you feel confident to voice your concerns and approach challenges with newly learnt skills.

Having worked with many different clients across Melbourne, she is committed to helping those facing life’s struggles by building confidence, identifying behaviour patterns and developing the skills to create a happier and healthier way forward.
