Sandro graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from Western Sydney University in 2020 and holds an Honours degree in Psychology. He is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and further expanded his clinical knowledge through a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Many of the people Sandro works with come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. He has a particular interest in helping individuals navigate the effects of trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and recurring patterns that may be preventing them from living fulfilling lives. Sandro also has experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and is committed to providing an affirming, inclusive, and culturally sensitive therapeutic environment where clients can explore their identities, relationships, and life experiences safely and authentically.
As a bilingual practitioner, Sandro offers therapy in both English and Portuguese, creating an inclusive and accessible environment for clients from diverse backgrounds. He is known for his empathetic, non-judgmental, and open-minded approach, providing a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
Sandro adopts a holistic perspective to therapy, integrating evidence-based interventions with genuine compassion and curiosity. His goal is to empower clients to reconnect with their strengths, build resilience, regain confidence, and create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
Outside of his professional practice, Sandro enjoys reading and music, interests that enrich his appreciation of human experiences, personal stories, and the many ways people find meaning, healing, and connection.
