Shelley specialises in couples and relationship issues, and is a member of the Australian Counsellors Association (ACA). She is passionate about couples issues, individual issues, desire and intimacy struggles, anger issues, LGBTQIA+ issues and assisting with therapy prior to marriage. She also holds qualifications in Meditation, Sexology and Hypnotherapy, with further training in youth mental health, suicide prevention and mental health support on top of her counselling diploma.

Assisted a couple who had completely lost touch with one another, forgetting each may be going through their own issues. I assisted in implementing effective communication by establishing transparency, realising maintaining their own identity was important, and bringing back emotional and physical nourishment to the relationship. I used a mix of therapies and communication techniques in bringing this couple back to a healthy functioning marriage.
