Being a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, she supports clients with a vast array of concerns, and has worked in a range of diverse settings with adolescents, adults and couples.
By providing a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their difficulties, she is committed to helping clients find ways to manage life’s challenges to facilitate personal growth and self- awareness. She encourages clients to challenge negative thoughts and behaviours, to improve emotional health and psychological wellbeing.
This Hart therapist uses evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness and other models of counselling to assist clients explore positive coping strategies and achieve greater peace, health and happiness.
